(SEPA Natural Environment/A.ir Quality Policies) <br />MITIGATION REQUIRED BY EXISTING CODES AND ORDINANCES <br />1 In accordance witA Subsection 15.040 of the Everett Zoning Code, <br />no driveway access off Colby Avenue shall be permitted except by <br />the explicit approval of the City's Traffic Engineer and Planning <br />Director. Combined access points will be required for any future <br />residential duplex/triplex proposal(s) and must be reviewed and <br />approved through site plan review. (SEPA Public Utilities and <br />Transportation Policies) <br />The lead agency for this proposal has determined that it does not have <br />a probable significant adverse impact on the environment. An En- <br />vironmental Impact Statement is not required under RCW <br />43.21C.030(2)(c). This determination assumes compliance with state <br />law and City ordinances related to general environmental protection <br />including but not limited to right-of-way improvement requirements, <br />drainage, etc. This decision was made after review of a completed <br />environmental checklist and other information on file with the lead <br />agency. This information is available to the public on request. This <br />Determination of Non -Significance is specifically conditioned on <br />compliance with the conditions attached hereto which are incorporated <br />by reference as if fully set forth herein. <br />This DNS is issued under 197-11-340(2); the lead agency will not act <br />on this proposal for 15 days from the date below.
