Additional revisions or additions may be <br />required by other departments (such as Utilities, Planning or Fire). All references refer to the <br />(2012 International Building Code,) (2012 International Residential Code,) as amended by the <br />5tale of Washington and/or Washington State Energy Code 2012 Edition, and adopted by the <br />City of Everett, unless stated otherwise. <br />In order for the processing of your application to continue, it will be necessary to <br />provide the Buiiding Division with two new complete sets of drawings reflecting the <br />corrections requested, along with a reduced set of plans no Iarger than 11" x 17". <br />1. Show how room(s) adjoining addition are provided �vith natural light per section R303 <br />Intemational Residential Code (IRC). <br />2. Label all rooms in existing dwelling (or their intended use. <br />3, Provide Floor plan of 2nd floor with all spaces labeled. <br />4. Provide 110 volt smoke alarms interconnec[ed and with battery back-up per section <br />R314 IRC. <br />5. Provide carbon monoxide alarms per section R315 IRC show on plans. <br />G.
