N.y father utilizes his property in the same way that any residential property sliould be used, and in complete compliance with code. iiis boat being parked at his own home, liis truck being parked there, and his use of h.is garages should be of r�o concern to you. My father bougt�t this property in 1�'73, with the house, yards, and garaaes all there. lie has been living in F.verett since 19�10 and has been undertakino much the same activities w?.thin city boundaries since 1959. When he bought Lhe home and property he was looking for just such a place, �oher� he could live and keep his boat and accessory equipment.
