The real property that is the subject 9 matter of this Order is leqally desc=ibed on Exhibit A attached 10 hereto and incorporated herein by this reference (the "Subject 11 property°) . 12 2. Relief from Stav. Continental, holder of the first lien 13 deeds of trust described in the above stipulation between the 14 Debtor and Continental (the "Deeds of Trust") , is hereby granted 15 relief from the automatic stay imposed by 11 U.S.C. g 362(a) : 16 �a) annulling the automatic stay as it relates to any and all 1? actions taken by Continental in its foreclosure proceeding against the Subject Property prior to 18 obtaining such relief; 19 �b) allowing Cantinental to make interest-bearing advances directly to subcontractors and suppliers of its choice in 20 order to complete construction on the Subject Property and protect its security interest pursuant to 21 paragraphs 8, 13 and 14 of the Master Form Deed of Trust, a copy of which is attached hereto as Exhibit B and the 22 terms of which are incorporated by reference in each of the Deeds of Trust, which advances will be secured by the 23 Deeds of Trust and not effect the lien position of the Deeds of Trust, which Deeds of Trust shall remain in 24 first lien position against the Subject Property; 25 HILLIS,CI.ARK, Stipulation and Order MARTINBtPETERSON,P.S.
