(c) allowing Continental to proceed with nonjudicial <br /> 1 foreclosure actions against the Subject ProPerty; and <br /> 2 (c) allowinq Continental to take any other actions necessary <br /> to complete construction on the Subject Property or to <br /> 3 obtain possession of all or a portion of the Subject <br /> Property upon completion of its foreclosure actions in <br /> 4 the event that Continental is the Purchaser of such <br /> property at any foreclosure sale. <br /> 5 <br /> 3. Limitation on Relief.
