The design is to be complete by July 2004 and <br /> the generator on-line by the end of 2004. <br /> ■ Water Pumping Stations <br /> The following is the scope of services to be accomplish by ECS <br /> Engineering: <br /> Task 1. Project Design Components: <br /> • Telemetry&SCADA Systems <br /> 1. Attend a project scope kick off meeting with City Staff(held on the <br /> 12th). In this meeting,we shall discuss the project goals and <br /> requirements,and project constraints,scope coordination issues. <br /> This meeting will include a preliminary site visit to review the <br /> generator location,the three building electrical services,and to ■ Power Generation <br /> discuss the electrical service modification requirements. <br /> 2. Review documentation provided by the City. 'This will include <br /> review of the electrical and site drawings provided by the City. This <br /> will also include review of any electrical load information that the ■ Automation Software <br /> City has developed from previous testing or electrical metering. <br /> 3. Conduct a detailed design site visit. to include general verification of <br /> the electrical service and equipment of the Building 4. This will also <br /> include a detailed review of the Panama building in order to develop <br /> • ;,E,,;c,;Maintenance Facilities <br /> a single line diagram for the building adequate to develop the <br /> electrical design for the modification. <br /> 4.
