11 <br /> CTED Interagency Agreement <br /> F03-30303-092 <br /> Page 3 <br /> Consultant fees may not exceed $450 per day (excluding travel and subsistence costs). <br /> EPD shall submit invoices to CTED at least quarterly, but no more than monthly on the <br /> Invoice Voucher (A-19) Forms. Within twenty (20) days of receipt and approval of a <br /> properly executed state invoice voucher, CTED will, through interagency reimbursement <br /> procedures, transfer payment to EPD. <br /> The Invoice Voucher shall be submitted to: Anita Granbois, Program Coordinator, <br /> CTED, Office of Crimes Victims Advocacy, Post Office Box 48304, Olympia, <br /> Washington 98504-8304. <br /> 6.0 FUNDING SOURCE <br /> The funds for this Agreement are provided by Federal Grant Number 2002-WF-BX-0022 <br /> and Federal Grant Number 2003-WF-BX-0203 under the STOP Violence Against <br /> Women Formula Grant Program. EPD shall submit one copy of all reports and <br /> proposed publications resulting from this Agreement to CTED thirty (30) days prior to <br /> public release. <br /> EPD agrees that any publications (written, visual, or sound), but excluding press <br /> releases, newsletters, and issue analyses, issued by EPD describing programs or <br /> projects funded in whole or in part with federal funds under this Agreement, shall <br /> contain the following statement (NOTE: This excludes press releases, newsletters and <br /> issue analyses.): <br /> "This project was supported by Grant No. 2002-WF-BX-0022 and Grant No. 2003- <br /> WF-BX-0203 awarded by the Office on Violence Against Women, U.S. Department <br /> of Justice. Points of view in this document are those of the author and do not <br /> necessarily represent the official position or policies of the U.S. Department of <br /> Justice. Grant funds are administered by the Office of Crime Victims Advocacy, <br /> Washington State Department of Community, Trade and Economic Development." <br /> 7.0 HOLD HARMLESS <br /> Each party shall protect and hold harmless the other party from and against all claims, <br /> suits or actions arising from any negligent act or omission of that party's employees, <br /> agents and/or authorized subcontractor(s) while performing under the terms of this <br /> Agreement. <br /> 8.0 DISPUTES <br /> Consistent with RCW 43.17.320-340, the parties shall make every effort to resolve <br /> disputes arising out of, or relating to, this Agreement through discussion and <br /> negotiation. <br /> Should discussion and negotiation fail to resolve a dispute arising under this 6 <br /> Agreement, the parties shall select a dispute resolution team to resolve the dispute. <br /> The team shall consist of a representative appointed by CTED, a representative <br /> appointed by EPD and a third party mutually agreed upon by both parties.
