!'1 <br /> ORDINANCE NO. <br /> AN ORDINANCE creating a special improvement project entitled, <br /> "SR 527 Improvement Project," Fund 396, to accumulate all costs <br /> for the improvement and repealing Ordinance No. 1896-92. <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Everett is committed to a planned traffic and safety improvement <br /> program; and <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Everett has identified the need and received a funds for the design and <br /> right-of-way acquisition for SR 527 from 112th Street to 132nd Street; and <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY OF EVERETT DOES ORDAIN: <br /> Section 1: <br /> A special improvement project is hereby established as Fund 396. entitled "SR 527 Improvement <br /> Project," to accumulate all costs for the improvement and repealing Ordinance No. 1896-92. <br /> Section 2: <br /> Authorization is hereby given to accumulate costs and distribute payments from Fund 396, for <br /> the improvement project. <br /> Section 3: <br /> Authorization is hereby granted for the "Engineering/Public Services Director," under direction <br /> of the Mayor, to assume full and complete responsibility for conducting all tasks and doing all <br /> things to accomplish the actions authorized in this ordinance. <br /> Section 4: <br /> The sum of$8.717,806.00 is hereby appropriated to Fund 396, "SR 527 Improvement Project." <br /> as follows: <br /> A. Estimated Project Costs <br /> Design and Right-of-Way $8.717.806.00 <br /> Total Estimated Cost $8,717,806.00 <br /> 99 <br />
