ATTACHMENT A SCOPE OF SERVICES City Of Everett, 41st Street Overcrossing: 41st Street Extension BACKGROUND The City has directed the Design Team to extend 41st Street SE to the south and reconfigure the intersection with the Temporary Access Road (TAR). Supplemental information and revisions to plans, quantities and estimate are required. Design and construction of a preload embankment with temporary walls at the roadway extensions and observation of the behavior of the underlying soils are required.. Additional landfill gas collection system, drainage system, illumination associated with the roadway extension are required. ASSUMPTIONS 1. The roadway will consists of four vehicle Ianes with a total width of 46 feet, 5-foot bike lanes and 6.5-foot sidewalks (including curb) for a total width of 69 feet (between interior faces of concrete barriers). 2. No major design chances are anticipated to the items listed in this assumption. Plans are generally anticipated to remain the same as shown in the Plans dated January 2004. • 41st Street SE (Station 8+57.60 to 25+00) • Temporary Access Road (Station 46+00 to 71+00) • S. 3td Avenue • NB I-5 On-Ramp 3. No update to the Design Report for the 41st Street Overcrossing will be done. 4. No changes will be made to the Channelizaton Plan for Approval. 5. Base specifications will be the WSDOT Standard Specifications for Road, Bridge and Municipal Construction, 2004. 6. No changes to the Landfill Gas EDR will be required. 7. No changes will be made to the landfill gas blower equipment, pad and discharge pipe. 8. Power and control wiring to new condensate pumps will be from Stormwater Pump Station Control Panel. 9.
