• Street trees shall be added along Pacific Avenue with a minimum of 2-1/2" <br /> caliper and shall be spaced no further apart than 25 feet. Species of the <br /> street trees shall be of a type approved by the city. <br /> • The principal entrance to the building shall be along Pacific Ave. The <br /> entrance shall be marked by one of the following: <br /> Recessed entrance (recessed at least 3 ft.) <br /> Protruding entrance (protruding at least 3 ft) <br /> Canopy (extending at least 5 ft.) <br /> Overhang (extending at least 5 ft.) <br /> • Mechanical and electrical equipment on the ground shall be screened by <br /> either landscaping or masonry wall which is designed to be an integral <br /> element of the building. Rooftop mechanical shall be screened with <br /> materials, which are incorporated into the design of the building. <br /> • Signage shall be incorporated into the design on the building with no signs <br /> projecting above the roof or exterior walls. <br />
