The design is subjected to review by experienced Consultant construction <br /> _ - management personnel to assess the difficulty in performing the work within the allotted time, the <br /> required construction schedule, and other features of the construction contract which may duly <br /> impede the progress of the work or place unreasonable restrictions on the contractor's operations. <br /> 10. A detailed 90 percent design level in-house cross check and discipline leader coordination and <br /> calculation check. <br /> 11. A Principle-in-Charge final review to ensure that the products comply with Consultant standards. <br /> 12. A project debriefing to review the events during the course of the project. This review identifies <br /> what went right on the project and what went wrong and is intended to further strengthen the <br /> Consultant's design and project management methods. <br /> No external value engineering reviews are included in this scope. <br /> Products. The products for this task are as follows: <br /> 1. A project management plan. <br /> 2. Two meetings between the Client and the Consultant to establish design standards and monitor the <br /> progress of the design. <br /> 3. For the 50 percent design completion level review,Consultant shall assemble and present: <br /> A. Final design criteria with supporting calculations regarding facility design, and equipment <br /> selection and sizing. <br /> B. Draft design drawings showing plans,sections,and equipment layouts. <br /> C. Draft design drawings showing pumping and piping diagrams, mechanical, structural, _ <br /> electrical,and architectural design drawings. <br /> D. Draft specifications. <br /> E. A memorandum summarizing the design review meeting minutes and the project manager's <br /> response to design review suggestions. <br /> F. Construction cost estimate for the work shown and specified in the contract documents, as <br /> prepared in this scope. <br /> 4. For the 90 percent design completion level review,Consultant shall assemble and present: <br /> A. Half-size,virtually complete contract documents (drawings and specifications). <br /> B.
