8 <br /> treatment of assets <br /> nondiscrimination <br /> indemnification <br /> services provided in accordance with law, rule, and regulation <br /> right of inspection/access <br /> fiscal accountability standards <br /> records and reports <br /> insurance <br /> bonding <br /> performance standards and licensing <br /> duplication of effort <br /> relationship of parties <br /> client grievance <br /> safeguarding client information <br /> rights in data <br /> If the Contractor delegates service recipient eligibility to the subcontractor, the subcontract shall include: <br /> A. A provision acceptable to the County that specifies how eligibility will be determined; <br /> B. A provision acceptable to the County that specifies how service applicants and recipients will be <br /> informed of their right to a hearing in the case of: <br /> 1. Denial or termination of service, and/or <br /> 2. Failure to act upon a request for services with reasonable promptness. <br /> C. A provision acceptable to the County that states subcontract termination shall not be grounds for <br /> a fair hearing for the service applicant or recipient under the terms of this section if: <br /> I. Similar services are immediately available in the County, or <br /> 2. Termination was the result of termination under the clause of this Agreement captioned <br /> Termination for Lack of Funding. <br /> The obligations, which shall be set forth in any subcontract, include: <br /> A. Performance of the contractor's obligations under the subcontract; <br /> B. Subcontracting with entities or persons that maintain appropriate license, certification or <br /> government approvals when required; <br /> C.
