ORDINANCE NO. <br /> AN ORDINANCE closing a special parks improvement project entitled "Walter E. Hall <br /> Soccer Field Improvements Project", Fund 354, Program 018 as established by <br /> Ordinance No.2552-01 <br /> WHEREAS,the special parks improvement project entitled "Walter E.Hall Soccer Field <br /> Improvements Project",Fund 354,Program 018,was established to provide for the said <br /> repairs and improvements; and <br /> WHEREAS,the purpose of the special parks improvement project has been <br /> accomplished; and <br /> WHEREAS,there are neither outstanding obligations of the fund to be paid nor <br /> uncollected revenues to be received; <br /> NOW,THEREFORE,THE CITY OF EVERETT DOES ORDAIN: <br /> Section 1: <br /> That the"Walter E.Hall Soccer Field Improvements Project", Fund 354,Program 018, <br /> be closed. <br /> Section 2: <br /> That the fmal expenses and revenues for the"Walter E. Hall Soccer Field Improvements <br /> Project",Fund 354,Program 018, are as follows: <br /> A. Expenses <br /> Total Construction Costs $ 735,000 <br /> B.
