In addition there is an option for two (2), one year extensions that are activated by giving notice <br />to the lessor at least 90 days prior to the lease termination. <br />The gross lease rate will be $9,462.00 per month which is the same amount that the city currently pays. <br />In addition the option(s) gross rental rate is also at $9,462.00 per month. <br />The existing budget expires on September 30, 2004, therefore additional funding for the remaining 3 <br />months of the year will be required ($28,386.00) <br />RECOMMENDATION (Exact action requested of Council): <br />Authorize the Mayor to execute Lease Amendment No. 2 with Everett Professional Properties for the Police <br />Department evidence room located at 2730 Colby Avenue. <br />
