(Eisenhower <br /> School) <br /> Amount Budgeted <br /> Expenditure Required Account Number(s): <br /> Budget Remaining <br /> Additional Required <br /> DETAILED SUMMARY STATEMENT: <br /> On November 3, 2004 City Council held the public hearing for the proposed vacation of a portion of <br /> 25th Avenue S.E. which bisects and abuts upon the Everett School Districts Eisenhower School <br /> property (see attached map). 25th Ave. S.E. is an unopened right-of-way that is fenced on the <br /> south side and provides vehicular access to the school parking lot on the north side. <br /> There were no objections to the vacation at the public hearing. <br /> RECOMMENDATION (Exact action requested of Council): <br /> It is recommended that Everett City Council pass the attached ordinance vacating the portion of <br /> 25th Ave. S.E. lying south of 101st Ave. S.E. and north of 104th PI. S.E. subject to retainage of an <br /> easement for water line and payment of the full appraised value. <br /> 49 <br />
