J <br /> 3.2.2 The Contractor shall be responsible for all costs related to subcontractor claims or <br /> charges that result from mistakes or omissions in the subcontract buyout, <br /> coordination errors and omissions in the Construction Documents which the <br /> Contractor reasonably should have detected, or interference between subcontractors <br /> and the Contractor or between subcontractors and other subcontractors. <br /> 3.2.3 The Contractor shall provide the Owner with monthly updates of the use of the <br /> MACC Contingency. <br /> 3.2.4 The Contractor provided the following to Owner as part of the MACC negotiations: <br /> a. A complete cost estimate in a format agreed to by the Owner and Engineer. <br /> b. A Subcontract Plan satisfactory to the Owner outlining the subcontract <br /> packages and procurement schedule for each package the Contractor intends to <br /> prepare to execute the Project. The Subcontract Plan shall include a statement <br /> regarding the Work the Contractor intends to self-perform (if any)and an <br /> affidavit stipulating that the Contractor customarily performs such work. <br /> 3.3. Specified General Conditions <br /> The dollar amount for the "Specified General Conditions Work" shall be$1,695,000. The dollar <br /> amount for the "Specified General Conditions Work" are listed in Exhibit A to this Agreement, <br /> titled "List of Specified General Conditions." The Parties intend that this lump sum amount <br /> cover all direct and indirect overhead and equipment costs of the Contractor for the Project. The <br /> dollar amount itself for the Specified General Conditions Work does not include Washington <br /> State Sales Tax. <br /> 3.5. Performance and Payment Bond <br /> Upon execution of this agreement, the Contractor shall deliver to the Owner a performance and <br /> payment bond for the full GCC in the form usually used by the Owner.
