<br /> of Engineering and Mobilization will cease when the work on the CITY"s portion of the construction work has been completed and shall be
<br /> in proportion to the CITY's percentage of responsibility. Mobilization is based on actual bid amounts. Ca3
<br /> Indirect Costs are adjusted annually and the STATE bills the Indirect Cost rate current at the time the work is being billed.
<br /> The Indirect Cost rate shown in this agreement is the Indirect Cost rate at the time that the estimate was prepared and may
<br /> not reflect the actual Indirect Costs billed. Indirect Costs typically vary by 2%to 2.5%per year,usually it increases but it has
<br /> sometimes decreased. The current Indirect Cost is used for estimation purposes and may not represent billed rates.
