With R-5 Zlab can get higher density which then allows him to provide under structure parking. <br /> The Planning Commission is recommending approval of the rezone subject to Mr Zlab constructing a <br /> building that substantially looks like what he presented to the Commission through use of a Development <br /> Agreement. Mr Zlab is willing to enter into such an agreement with the City. If City Council approves the <br /> rezone Resolution a development agreement would be presented to City Council for review and approval and <br /> would then be attached to the final rezone Ordinance when it is passed. The proposal does not change the <br /> height or bulk of the building.
