Expenditure Required $ -0- Account Number(s): Amount Budgeted $ -0- Additional Required $ -0- DETAILED SUMMARY STATEMENT: The PUD is requesting the Institutional zone for the subject switching yard in order to be able to make long term plans for expansion of the substation switching yard. The Planning Commission has unanimously recommended approval. The Master Plan submitted with the rezone application calls for expansion in 5 to 10 years and another in 15 to 20 years. Approval of the I zone with Master Plan would assure the utility that is can undertake the necessary plans and expenditures. Background information has been provided to the City Council under a separate cover.
