16 <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, THE EVERETT CITY COUNCIL RESOLVES TO: <br /> 1. Amend the Comprehensive Plan Land Use map for the existing PUD switch yard located <br /> east of 75`h Street at Beverly Boulevard from Single Family (1.2) to Public-Quasi Public <br /> Facilities (2.8). (See Exhibit "A"); and <br /> 2. Rezone the site from R-1 (Single Family) to R-1-I (Institution); and <br /> 3. Void Special Property Use permit (#16-84) upon the date of validity of the <br /> proposed rezone Ordinance. <br /> 4. Set the following conditions for the Institutional Overlay Zone: <br /> a. In the case of the PUD's Beverly switching yard site, there is an existing Special <br /> Property Use (SPU) Permit in affect that shall become void at the time the City <br /> Council Ordinance approving the Institutional Zone with Master Plan comes into <br /> affect. <br /> b. Expansion phases II and III are approved according to diagrams and descriptions <br /> submitted with the application (Rez 04-001). <br /> c. Project level permit review shall be required for all expansion activity. <br /> d. On-site detention of off site storm water shall be continued. <br /> e. On-site fire control access to the north side of the property, outside the 50 foot buffer, <br /> will be established and maintained by the Snohomish County PUD utilizing <br /> recommended principles from State Department of Natural Resources publication(s) <br /> on fire break landscaping. <br /> 14 4 <br /> - 3 - <br />
