Everett Fire Prevention will be partnering with the Everett Senior Center to identify <br /> those seniors throughout the City of Everett needing smoke detector installation or replacement. Once those <br /> citizens have been identified, the Everett Fire Prevention Bureau will coordinate volunteers to install these <br /> smoke detectors at no cost. <br /> RECOMMENDATION (Exact action requested of Council): Authorize the Mayor to sign the necessary <br /> documents to accept a grant with Department of Health and the Everett Fire Department to provide smoke <br /> detectors to Everett senior citizens at no cost to the City of Everett. <br /> 68 <br />
