First Amendment <br /> to the <br /> License Agreement For Use of the Driver's Break Room <br /> At Everett Station <br /> This First Amendment to the December 17, 2003 License Agreement for use of the Driver's <br /> Break Room at Everett Station and is between the City of Everett ("City") and Central Puget <br /> Sound Regional Transit Authority ("Sound Transit") is entered into as of , 2005. <br /> RECITALS <br /> Whereas, the License Agreement expires on May 1, 2005, and; <br /> Whereas, the parties are satisfied with the process for operations and maintenance under the <br /> License Agreement, and therefore wish to extend its term. <br /> Accordingly, the Parties therefore agree as follows: <br /> 1.0 AMENDMENT TO SECTION 3. TERM <br /> The first sentence of Section 3 of the License Agreement is deleted and replaced with: <br /> The term of this License Agreement shall commence on December 1, 2003 and shall expire on <br /> October 31, 2006. <br /> 2.0 EXECUTION OF THIS AMENDMENT <br /> This First Amendment may be executed in counterparts, each of which shall be regarded for all <br /> purposes as one original.
