The agreement expires on May 1, 2005. Sound Transit pays the City <br /> of Everett $500 per month in exchange for allowing Burlington Northern train crews, operating the Sounder <br /> train, access to the break room. Sound Transit and the City of Everett are satisfied with the outcomes of the <br /> current agreement. Sound Transit has requested an extension of the agreement through October 31, 2006, at <br /> which time Sound Transit expects to have completed a permanent facility for train crews at Everett Station. <br /> RECOMMENDATION <br /> Authorize the Mayor to sign the First Amendment to the License Agreement For Use of the Driver's Break <br /> Room at Everett Station, extending the agreement to October 31, 2006. <br /> 7 <br /> Rlh/•\1/041;05 Sr FS Drmer'a Room <br />
