The contractor also encountered unknown or changed <br /> conditions in the field, and design omissions on the contract plans that increased work <br /> scope, cost and time increases from the work the Contractor originally bid to perform. <br /> Below are listed work change directives that give a brief description of these situations <br /> along with costs for each.
