BSM software Product License and <br /> Hardware Maintenance Agreement requires the City of Everett to only pay for the monitoring service, the <br /> equipment belongs to the Everett Police Department. <br /> Assistant City Attorney Peter Camp has reviewed both Agreements. <br /> RECOMMENDATION Authorize the Mayor to accept the BSM Wireless Response Center Monitoring <br /> Service Agreement and the Product Hardware Agreement for equipment monitoring of the Bait car Vehicles. <br /> 147 <br />
