The Customer hereby further agrees that BSM is not an insurer of the customer's property and that this agreement is not intended to <br /> be an insurance policy or a substitute for any insurance policy. The Customer must look exclusively to the Customer's insurer for recovery and releases BSM,its employees <br /> and agents from any and all liability related to the goods and services provided by BSM under this agreement and any schedules related thereto. The Headings and any <br /> notes set out herein form no part of this agreement and are inserted for convenient reference only. <br /> Services Provided: <br /> a) BSM will provide 24 hour a day,7 day a week monitoring service for the customer's vehicles. Activity reports,will be sent to <br /> the email address specified in Schedule"B",Activity Reports.Hard copy reports are available upon Customer request by <br /> contacting the BSM Support line at 866-768-4771 for$5.00 US for the first page and$2.00 US for each additional page. <br /> b) BSM will provide monitoring for law enforcement bait vehicle,loss prevention,hazardous material transport,armored <br /> trucks/cars and other selected high security surveillance applications but reserves the right to pre-approve applications on case by <br /> case basis. <br /> c) BSM will place phone calls to the contacts in Schedule"B",Event Contact List,beginning with the first name indicated therein <br /> and trying each successive name provided until a contact has been made and/or all numbers provided have been attempted. BSM <br /> has no obligation to attempt any other number/s other than those listed in Schedule"B",Event Contact List.It is the Customer's <br /> responsibility to ensure that the contacts and phone numbers in Schedule"B",Event Contact List,are up to date.
