(BSM") <br /> AND: <br /> NICB(Everett PD) <br /> 10330 S.Roberts Road <br /> Palos Hills,IL 60465,USA <br /> ("Licensee") <br /> Subject to the terms and conditions of Schedule "A" of the Agreement, which terms and conditions form <br /> part of this BSM Maintenance Agreement, BSM agrees with the Licensee to provide annual software <br /> maintenance as set out in this BSM Maintenance Agreement for the Software Product licensed to the <br /> Licensee by BSM: <br /> Number of Software Product Licenses: 0 <br /> DESIGNATED SITE: NICB(Everett PD) <br /> 10330 S. Roberts Road <br /> Palos Hills,IL 60465,USA <br /> MAINTENANCE FEE:The Licensee agrees to pay an annual maintenance fee of $210.00 per year. <br /> The first annual maintenance fee payment is payable concurrently with payment for the Software Product <br /> License. Each succeeding maintenance fee payment is payable on the anniversary date of the execution of <br /> this Agreement by BSM, as shown below. The succeeding maintenance fee payment may be varied by <br /> BSM provided that it notifies the Licensee in writing, 60 days prior to the anniversary date referred to <br /> above. <br /> The maintenance product and service to be provided by BSM are set out as follows(collectively referred to <br /> as the"maintenance product and service"): <br /> The Licensee that has agreed to and has executed this BSM Maintenance Agreement shall be <br /> entitled to participate in the BSM software maintenance program. Participation in the software <br /> maintenance program shall entitle the Licensee to the following. <br /> Maintenance Releases. Licensee shall receive free of charge all maintenance releases of the <br /> Software Product providing patches or defect corrections. <br /> Enhancements.
