• <br /> 15 <br /> Version Upgrades. Licensee shall be entitled to Software Product version upgrades that are <br /> deemed by BSM to be major in scope at a discounted price relative to the then prevailing suggested <br /> list price. <br /> Telephone Support. The Licensee shall be entitled to receive telephone support free of charge for <br /> up to five incidents in any calendar year. Services are available 8:30am to 5:00pm EST. Licensee <br /> shall be entitled to purchase telephone support for additional incidents at BSM's prevailing standard <br /> charge out rates and credit terms from time to time.
