Recommended projects included the plant water pumping system, and the <br /> alum storage facility,which were addressed in Brown & Caldwell's original design contract for fee of <br /> $144,641. <br /> Amendment No. 3 is a"no cost" amendment to extend the date of completion for the contract,until July, <br /> 2006. The contract date is being extended because of additional tasks added to Brown & Caldwell's <br /> contract, including additional design work and support during the construction phase of the project. <br /> RECOMMENDATION (Exact action requested of Council): <br /> Authorize the Mayor to sign Amendment No. 3 to the Professional Services Agreement with Brown& <br /> Caldwell to extend the contract completion date, at no additional cost. <br /> 55 <br />
