10 <br /> AMENDMENT NO. 3 TO PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT BETWEEN <br /> THE CITY OF EVERETT <br /> AND <br /> BROWN & CALDWELL, INC. <br /> The City and Brown & Caldwell, Inc. agree to amend and modify their professional <br /> services agreement dated January 15th, 2003 (the "Agreement") as follows: <br /> 1. This Amendment extends the completion date of the contract only, and does not <br /> add any additional scope or fee. <br /> 2. Paragraph 3 is modified to read as follows: <br /> Time of Beginning and Completion of Performance. This Agreement shall commence <br /> as of the date of execution of this Agreement and shall be completed by July 31st,2006. <br /> 3. Paragraph 6, second sentence, is modified to read as follows: <br /> Contractor is specifically required to submit all information required in this Agreement not later <br /> than July, 2006. <br /> 4. The effective date of this Amendment is May 1st, 2005. <br /> 5.
