January 18, 2017 <br /> PROPOSED ACTION ITEMS: <br /> COUNCIL BILL 1701-01 <br /> SECOND READING: <br /> AN ORDINANCE establishing rates for Everett sewer service and <br /> surface water management, rates for water and filtration for inside <br /> and outside City customers, rates for wholesale master meters, and <br /> repealing Ordinances Nos. 3417-14 (EMC 14.01.020) and 3299-12 <br /> (EMC 14.16.710-13). <br /> Council Member Roberts suggested moving the public hearing for <br /> this ordinance to a night meeting instead of holding it during a day <br /> meeting. <br /> Debra Bryant, Administration, stated she would attempt to move it. <br /> Council Member Tuohy asked for clarification regarding low-income <br /> rates. <br /> J.R. Erickson, Public Works, stated they met with a vendor last <br /> week and will have a presentation for Council in March or early <br /> April. <br /> Council Member Franklin asked that Council and citizens be <br /> provided a summary of what will be presented in March prior to the <br /> public hearing. <br /> COUNCIL BILL 1701-04 <br /> FIRST READING: <br /> AN ORDINANCE closing a special improvement project entitled <br /> "Wiggums Hollow Park Restroom Replacement", Fund 354, <br /> Program 046, as established by Ordinance No. 3473-15. <br /> 20 <br />
