January 18, 2017 <br /> PROPOSED ACTION ITEMS: <br /> COUNCIL BILL 1701-01 <br /> SECOND READING: <br /> AN ORDINANCE establishing rates for Everett sewer service and <br /> surface water management, rates for water and filtration for inside <br /> and outside City customers, rates for wholesale master meters, and <br /> repealing Ordinances Nos. 3417-14 (EMC 14.01.020) and 3299-12 <br /> (EMC 14.16.710-13). <br /> Council Member Roberts suggested moving the public hearing for <br /> this ordinance to a night meeting instead of holding it during a day <br /> meeting. <br /> Debra Bryant, Administration, stated she would attempt to move it. <br /> Council Member Tuohy asked for clarification regarding low-income <br /> rates. <br /> J.R.
