January 25, 2017 <br /> The regular meeting of the Everett City Council was called to order at <br /> 12:30 p.m., January 25, 2017, in the City Council Chambers of the <br /> William E. Moore Historic City Hall, President Tuohy presiding. Upon roll <br /> call, it was found that Mayor Stephanson and Council Members Moore, <br /> Murphy, Bader, Franklin, Stonecipher, and Tuohy were present. Council <br /> Member Roberts was excused. <br /> Council Member Stonecipher led the Pledge of Allegiance. <br /> The minutes of the January 18, 2017, City Council meeting were approved <br /> as printed. Council Member Stonecipher abstained from the vote. <br /> MAYOR <br /> Mayor Stephanson had no report. <br /> COUNCIL <br /> Council Member Bader provided a liaison report on his attendance at the <br /> Everett Historical Commission meeting last evening. <br /> Council Member Franklin announced there will be no Public Safety <br /> Subcommittee meeting next month. The next meeting is scheduled for <br /> March 8, 2017, and a notice will be distributed when the agenda is <br /> available. <br /> President Tuohy commented on her attendance at the Council of <br /> Neighborhoods meeting on Monday. She also provided a liaison report on <br /> her attendance at the Casino Road Stakeholders meeting yesterday. <br /> ADMINISTRATION UPDATE ON PRIOR BUSINESS <br /> Debra Bryant, Administration, had no report. <br /> 26 <br />
