According to the City, <br /> the review is being made pursuant to the establishment <br /> of a L. I.D, for the purpose of creating better and safer <br /> access in the vicinity. 'Phe City of Everett submitted that the public is going <br /> � �� to have an opportunity to have input into the design of <br /> � the buildings on site.
