The City of Everett Comprehensive Plan designation for <br /> y o y the subject property is Commercial. The zoning for the <br /> subject property is B-2, Contract Razone. It is the <br /> intent of the Applicant to maintain the B-2 Contract <br /> Zoning designation but to amend the original Contract. <br /> 3. An Enviconmental Checklist has been prepared pursuant to <br /> the State Environmental Policy Act and a Declaration of <br /> Non-Significance has been issued for the project. <br /> 4. The site conditions of the subject property are <br /> developable for a project as that proposed by the <br /> Applicant. <br /> i���`„ 5. The requested amended Contract Rezone will result in the <br /> �� use of the subject property for a commercial use in <br /> i ; conjunction with the adjoining property, the B & M <br /> 1 i Shopping Center .
