The Contractor shall ubtain anci keep in force durIng the term of <br /> the contract, public llabillty and property �iamage insurance in companies <br /> and in form �� be approved by the CIty. Said insurance shall provide <br /> coverage to the Contractor, any subcontractor performing work <br /> provided by thts contract, and the City. The C[ty shall be named <br /> as an additlona! insured on said poAcy lnsofar as the work and obligations <br /> pe;formed under the contract are concerned. 7he covera�e so <br /> provided shall protect against ciafms for personal injuries, including <br /> accidental death, as well as claims for property damages •r�hlch <br /> may arise from any act or omIssion of the Contractor or thc sub- <br /> contractor, or by anyone directly or Indirectly employed by eIther <br /> of them. <br /> �� <br /> The minimum pollcy ltmlts of such Insurance shall be as followr. � <br /> 6odily inju�y liabIlity coverage with llmits of not les� than <br /> $200,000 for bodlly injury, Including accidental death to any one <br /> pe�son, and subject to that limlt for each person, In an amount of <br /> not less than $500,p00 for each accident; and property damage <br /> coverage In an amount of not less than $100,000 tor each acc[dent. <br /> � � <br /> � <br /> � <br />
