Plans for any such system shall be submitted to the Building Department and the Everett Fire Department for examination and approval. Such plans shall include plans for the underground mains that will supply the sprinkler system. Aboveground sprinkler piping shall be hydrostatically tested as established in NFPA Standard 13. Underground piping shall be hydrostatically tested and flushed as established in NFPA Standard 24 for private fire mains. All such tests shall be witnessed by a Fire Department inspector.
