The multi-use of <br /> Lhe existing wallc-in cool.er for storage of unwrarped <br /> food items with Ueer kegs, case beer, etc. is not <br /> apDroved Uy the health department because Chere is <br /> a certain amount of glass Ureakage, beer spillage, <br /> overloading the unit at times, dirt carried into <br /> the cooler by the beer salesman' s hand truck, etc . <br /> In addition, the walk-in cooler is noorly located. <br /> The Ueer salesman must deliver beer throught the food <br /> preparation area . <br /> Only unopened bulk food items r�ceived from your <br /> supplier wi11 be allowed in the t�alk-in cooler.
