The need of the neighborhood,district,or City for a proposed special property use. a <br /> ; <br /> Finding: The Applicant states that the project will provide the required digital I <br /> telecommunications needs of businesses and residences in the immediate franchise area. <br /> The existing service is operating at capacity. ' <br /> Conclusion: The proposed use provides a public be�efit. <br /> 2. The adequacy of streets, utilities and pub'ic servi:es required to serve a proposed j <br /> use. i <br /> Finding: The proposed use requires electrical services. � <br /> Conclusion: Streets and utilities are adequate to serve the proposed use. <br /> 3.
