A swctural building permit is required. � <br /> 2. City information shows that a sewer main and manholes are located within the general area of � <br /> � this projecL To ensure that no conFlict will occur, thr sewer main and manholes must be Iocated <br /> and shown on the projec[ plans. <br /> 3. The information submitted for the project indicates that a dry well will bc installed. Any � <br /> system that is deeper than it is wide, and tha[conveys water to the ground, is classified as an <br /> injection well and must be registered with the Department of Ecology. <br /> 4. Provide a landscape plan that is acceptable to the Planning Director. <br /> The Planning D'uector approved the request based on the following general and specific evaluation <br /> criteria as required by Section 41.150.0 & D of the City of Everett Zoning Code: � <br /> i <br /> 1. The need of the neighborhood,district,or City for a proposed special property use. a <br /> ; <br /> Finding: The Applicant states that the project will provide the required digital I <br /> telecommunications needs of businesses and residences in the immediate franchise area. <br /> The existing service is operating at capacity. ' <br /> Conclusion: The proposed use provides a public be�efit. <br /> 2. The adequacy of streets, utilities and pub'ic servi:es required to serve a proposed j <br /> use. i <br /> Finding: The proposed use requires electrical services. � <br /> Conclusion: Streets and utilities are adequate to serve the proposed use. <br /> 3.
