The location of the hydrant must be approved by the Fire Marshal. 20. A portable fire extinguisher w�th a minimum UL rating of 2-A:10-B:C must be provided within 75 feet travel distance on each floor of all portions of the building during construction and priar to occupancy. 21. Fire lanes must be provided as required in Everett Municipal Code 46.44. Fire lanes must be identified by red curbs with white stenciling stating "NO PARKING - FIRE LANE" and veriical signs stating "NO PARKING - FIRE LANE - TOW AWAY ZONE." Location must be approved by the Fire Marshal. 22. The premises must be clearly identified by address so as to be visible and legible from the street entry. 23. When access to or within a structure or an area is unduly difficult because of secured openings or where immediate access is necessary for life saving or fire- fighfing purposes, the Fire Department may recommend or reyuire a key box to be installed in an accessible location. Plans for such system must be submitted to the Fire Marshal for review and approval prior to installation. Submittsl shall include cut sheets of all equipment intended for use. Appropriate trip tests, witnessed by a Fire Department inspector, must be pertormed prior to final acceptance of the system. Fire alarm systems shall be installed according to NFPA Standard 72. Fire alarm system must be installed under permit of the City of Everett Building Department. Electrical inspections and approval are required prior to calling for acceptance tests.
