Pigeon Creek bisects 1hc site aod flows in the northwest <br /> direction.Winding footpaths ruq along the creek and tlurough the site from Evergreen Way to <br /> � Flenung Sveet. Areas along and in Pigeon Creek appe�u•to have been used as dumping areas for <br /> construction debris and/or yarci waste. Areas on [he souUiwest side of the creek(Basin A <br /> � including Lots 1-3 as shown in Figure A)slope towa�•d the creek at 1 to 40 pereent. A concrete <br /> I fowidation pad which was previously used for a shed lies dinecdy behind the house. An access <br /> grass and/or gravel loop driveway off Everg�r.en Way is located on the east side of the house.
