The Applicant must negotiate with the School District regarding a mitigation agreement. Prior to finalization of the SEPA determination, a wntten letter or agreement must be provided to the City hy the 5chool District or App�icant. (SEPA Publi� Servic�s and Utilities Policies) The lead agency for this proposal has determined that it does not have a probable sign�cant adverse impact on the environment. M Environmental Impact Statement is not required under RCW 43.21C.030(2)(c). This determination assumes complianc;e with State law and City ordinances related to general environmental proteC.ion inciuding but not limited to right-of-way improvement requirements, drainage, etc. This decision was made after review of a completed environmental checklist and other information on file with t�e lead agency. This information is availabie to the public on request. This Mitigated Determination of Non-Significance is specifically conditioned on compliance with the conditions attached hereto which are incorporated by reference as if fully set forth herein.
