A dimising wall shall be built on the third floor which creates access to both <br />stairwells and the elevator. Bob Champion. the original architect is drawing this. <br />2. The construction of the area of evacuation assistance leading to the SE corner exit <br />stairway shall now be constructed. It is addressed on the revised plans from Bob <br />Champion <br />3. The toilet room directly accessed from Dr. Hong's office is allowed to be non - <br />accessible. <br />4. All doors will have a lever latch set, specified on page 1 of the DAN NIX plans <br />dated 9/24/03. <br />5. The accessible toilets shall have a seat height between I T' and 19" above the <br />finished Floor. This is shown on page 3, elevation 7, and on page 4, elevation 20 <br />of the DAN NIX plans. <br />6. The length, height, diameter, wall clearance, and position of the two grab bars at <br />the water closets are shown on page 3, elevation 7, and on page 4, elevation 20 of <br />the DAN NIX plans. <br />7.
