We therefore request that you approve the issuance <br />of the DPW permit on this basis with an agreement that these drawings will be submitted to <br />the Everett DPW for review and approval before execution of the Change Order wi;h the <br />Contractor. <br />� As I indicated on the telephone, it is our understanding that the SPU permit for the site <br />becomes official at 12:01 a.m. on December 20, 1990 assuming that the Hearing Examiner <br />dces not receive any written request for reconsideradon by December 19, 1990. Therefore, <br />if possible, we would like to have the Building/DPW pernrits available for pick-up on the <br />20th if possible. <br />We appreciate the cooperation and assistance you have provided in the permit review <br />process for this critical project.
