Any grading/fill on this site shall be done so as to not impact <br />the surrounding properties. (SEPA Earth, Land and Shoreline <br />Use Policies) <br />2. Screening of all �utdoor refuse dispoaal areas must be provided <br />so that they are not visible from adjacent properties or public <br />rights-of-way. The disposal areas must be shown on the site <br />plan submitted �or buildinq permits. (SEPA Aesthetics <br />Policies) <br />3. A landscaped area must be provided along the Evergreen Way <br />frontage and the north property line as shown on the site plan. <br />The Parks Department recommends that landscaping be evergreen <br />trees ard shrubs. (SEPA Land and Shoreline Use Policies) <br />MITIGATION REQf]IRED HY EXISTING CODES AND ORDINalICE.". <br />1. A fire hydrant i� required within 200 driving feet but not <br />closer than 50 feet, of every structure per nrdinance 4�3-80. <br />(SEPA Public Services and Utilities Policies) <br />2.
