The actual cost shall be <br />computed by the building Department per the ordinance in effect <br />at the time and according to the inforroation provided on the <br />approved plans on the date of permit issuance. (SEPA Public <br />Services and Utilities Policies) <br />4. Drainage calculations are required to determine if on-site <br />detention or payment of a drainage fee will be required per <br />Ordinance 670-80. (SEPA Public Services and Utilities <br />Policies) <br />5. Parking must be per City Zoning Code and City Design and <br />Construction Standards. A minimum of 16 parking stalls are <br />required. (SEPA Transportation Policies) <br />The lead agency for this proposal has determined that it does not <br />have a probable significant adverse impact on the environment. An <br />Environmental Impact Statement is not required under RCW <br />43.2].C.030(2)(c). This determination assumes compliance with state <br />law and City ordinances related to qenerai environmental protection <br />including but not limited to right-of-way improvement. reauirements, <br />drainage, etc. This decision was made after revi•ew of a complete� <br />environmental checklist and other information on file with the lead <br />agency.
