The Health District operating permit application process must be completed prior to <br />opening for bu ,iness. <br />If thhre are any significant changes or additions to your layout or equipment, the <br />Snohomish Health District must be notified. <br />A preoperational inspection is required prior to opening for business. At the time of <br />inspection the construction of the food service establishment must be complete and all <br />equipment must be in place. Incomplete construction may result in a $50.00 <br />reinspection fee. Please contact the Food Program office about one week in advance <br />to schedule an appointment. This will ensure compliance with the Rules and <br />Regulations of the State Board of Health for Food Service Sanitation. <br />Please contact me if you have any questions.
