Page Two

This is a survey proven fact and also the reason that we
select properties thai: only allcw for a minimal stack space
of 6 to 8 cars total. In the history of Minit-Lube we have
never had a complaint from a traffic engineer concerning
trafiic increass or stack congestion. Some of our units
are located at intersections where traffic counts exceed
60,000 cars a day and still we see no indication of adding
to traffic counts cr creating stack congestion. The service
we provide has no browsers, no shoppers, just people who
impulsively decide their car could use service. Our customer
inherently will not wait long for service and knows he can
get the service done tomorrow or the nexi: day, or whenever
he can drive directly into the service area. In most cases
we provide two entrances to our units which adds to the stack
space available.
A great deal of zhought, engineering and planning
has gone into the design and application of the h4init-Lube
concept. We are not only concerned with the constant improve-
ment of our services, but have d:voted many hours to improving
our ability to remove and return automobiles to the existing
flow of traffic.
tional Diror of Construction
