These comments address building issues only, addidonal <br />revisions or additions may be required by other departmenis (such as Utilities, Planning <br />or Fire). All references refer to the 1994 Uniform �uIIdiCodeo1995s 5diti n, unless <br />State of Washington and /or Washington State Energy <br />stated otherwise. <br />In order for the processiug of your appl��tion to continue, it will be necessary to <br />provide the Building Division with two complete new sets of drawings reflecting <br />the corrections requested: <br />1. Group M occupancies over 6000 s.f. shall be equipped with an automatic fire <br />suppression system (fire sprinklers) per City Ordinance 1902-92. <br />The Ordinance applies to existing buildings when the value of the constn�V�ue <br />work within a 70 month pericd exceeds 50% of the assessed building <br />established by the Snohomish County Assessor. <br />The cunent assessed value of the existing structure is $412,500.
