Upon roll call�it caas founc that Maycr <br />t�loore and all Councilmen were in attendance, except Counci�nan Lang_a, <br />who was excused. <br />Minutes of the meeting helc June 27, 15�79 were approved as printed. <br />CONIAIITTEE APPOINT�tGNT <br />Mayor t9oore reported he iiad appointed the following people to the nd Iioc <br />Committee for the Bomare site: <br />Jim Ennis, Jack Krause, Flelen Moser, Doug McNall, Robyn �Qicklunr" <br />Rosai.ie Kosher anc Councilmen Baker and Langus. <br />He asked for co u��en:- ':y the Council. <br />Moved by Counci- .in MiCh�_.�on, seconded by c:-_lr�an '�, .,trc-', to <br />concur in the �1aYor's appointment of the Ad ;:.._ :;,mmitt�•. ior L;te IIomar� <br />site as prenE-nted, <br />Roll �„lu �'�Ili�d toith all Councilnien •,�i.ing yes, except Councilman La��a{t,;� <br />who was excused. <br />Motion Carried <br />AL'S �UTO SUPPLY <br />Coun�ilman Pope asked about the problem on Evergr�en ��ay in connection <br />�aith A1's Auto Supply gas lines and the Mayor said it iaa� bcin; worked <br />on, but had not been resolved as of this date. <br />Mary Gibbs of 6400 �vergreen Way then complained again of the gas line on <br />Everqreen and hoped that the situation coould be resolved quickly. <br />EVERGREEN L�GAL SERVICES <br />Brad Cattle, City Attorney, said pursuant to a Council request proposals <br />had been submitted for various counseling and legal counseling services <br />to tnose persons or agencies thai: had i.nd.icated an interest in providinc <br />�all or a portion of the services. This memorandum was given tc: Evergreen <br />T,egal Services, Per9uson & Maynard, Attorney at Law, Snohomish County <br />Tenants Union, CSIRA (CommLnity Services, Information, Referral.and <br />Advocacy) and Community Actic,n Council of Snohomish County. He then <br />presented the following summary of proposals: <br />A. Counseling and Public Information concerning I'air Housing Laws (Pair <br />Housing Counseling): <br />1. Bvergreen Legal Services $ 2p.00/hour <br />t4onthly C� 3 hours/week $ 7_�}0.00/month <br />Annual $3,120.00/year <br />2.
