Proceed <br />P , not to exceed <br />Roll was called with all Councilmen voting yes. <br />Motion Carried <br />AL'S AUTO SUPP�y <br />Owners of Everett Yamaha, Evere+t Suzu}:i and the Kirby Store on Evergreen <br />�4ay complained that their driveways were blocked by the gas line custom- <br />ers at A1's Auto Supply, They asked for s�m� relief from the Council <br />as their business cvas being h�;rt. They s�;` ;;1��, had tried to work with <br />A1's Auto Supply, but the fi ., did not seem to take too much action. <br />Jim Isles, Assistant City Attorney, said this was a difficult le al <br />but it caas being discussed right now by the staff. <br />5 proble: <br />Councilman tdichelson felt the City should request A1's Auto Supply to <br />change their hours so it would not conflict with the daytime hours <br />other stores in that area. <br />of the <br />Councilman Overstreet suggested the easement that was to be left open at <br />the north end of A1's property cotild be used for the gas line and custom- <br />ers could be directed to use F'leming and come in that way. <br />Councilman Baker suggested tne Mayor should set up some sort of <br />to regulate qas stations in connection with their lines etc. <br />crunch.
